Cancellation more than 48 hours before – the deposit is refunded.

Less than 48 hours – the deposit is non-refundable.

After you add your reservation and I receive the notification, I will contact you to arrange the deposit payment, which confirms your booking.

Please keep in mind that arriving late to your appointment may affect the service.
If the delay is 15 minutes or more without prior notice, I may be forced to:

adjust the treatment to a more basic option if there is no longer enough time for the full service;

cancel your appointment without a refund of the deposit if the delay makes it impossible to proceed with the service.

I would also like to note that if the delay happens due to my fault, I always compensate with a pleasant bonus — your comfort and satisfaction are important to me ❤️
